About Counselling

Counselling, Psychotherapy, Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy are processes that psychologically empower individuals to seize back control of their lives, whilst working through issues and problems that have caused them to lose self-esteem, as well as confidence in their own abilities. Counselling increases self-awareness and a sense of wellbeing, and is often the first step individuals take on their path to discovering a more positive life.

Individual, Couples, Families

Helping empower individuals to make better choices and discover a more rewarding life and assist families and couples in intimate relationships to nurture, grow and develop their relationships are at the core of the services we provide. We employ a range of individual therapeutic approaches together with relationship counselling, family systems therapy and sex therapy to help you make purposeful choices and decisions and act upon them.

Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision for experienced and trainee counsellors and therapists. As therapists, we need time and space to process our own experience and emotions and reflect on how our work impacts our lives and the lives of our clients. We need to reflect on the effectiveness of our approach, and hone our core skills of listening, understanding and working with our clients. We need to be the best therapists we can be to create great outcomes for our clients.

We work with a small group of independent qualified professional, associate counsellors and therapists, who work and operate alongside us from time to time.
